Melanie joined Wealth Health in September of 2026 as Director of Operations. She brings more than 25 years of financial services experience spanning strategic planning, program development, operations, client service, commercial banking, wealth management, and regulatory risk and compliance. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, improved processes and controls, and ran complex initiatives designed to optimize performance and support clients.
Melanie is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and studied business marketing at Walsh University. At Wealth Health, she is focused on strengthening day-to-day operations and helping the team deliver an efficient, and exceptional client experience.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she spent a decade in Canada before moving back to Northeast Ohio in 2001, where she met her husband of more than 20 years. They now reside a stone’s throw from the Wealth Health office in Avon with their two children. In her free time, she enjoys making memories with family and friends, cheering on her favorite sports teams (including her children’s), live music, and traveling the world.
